Emergency standby generators with 600 kW or higher power output are usually housed in special acoustic containers. We produce containers of this type to order and their design is based on the weight and dimensions of the generator. As the basic equipment of the container, we include a metal frame, which we can produce according to atypical dimensions, soundproofing and thermal insulation cladding, exhaust openings and the floor, which is designed as a collecting tub (in the form of a sump), for possible leakage of aggregate liquids. Container ventilation is solved in the form of metal blinds by manual or automatic control. Accesses to the container can be solved in various forms, such as a demountable front side, double-leaf doors, sliding side doors. For fuel supply, we recommend a flange connection for the piping of the unit to the tank.

We are able to include a room for an operator or for a small workshop in the design of the containers. We can also install the complete wiring and AVR (automatic voltage regulator).

Our containers are shipped and installed not only in Europe, but also in extreme climatic conditions such as Russian Siberia or Sub-Saharan Africa.

The containers from our production are adapted for all types of transportation, including helicopters. For 20´, 40´ and 45´ containers we are able to ensure a CSC certification according to ISO 668, ISO 1496.
